We make every effort to display the colors , shapes, and details of our candles as accurately as possible. Please note that because our candles are handmade, slight variations in appearance, color , and scent may occur between batches.
Candle Safety and usage Disclaimer
Safety is our top priority. All candles come with physical safety labels (CLP) .
-You must read and follow the safety instructions included with your candle before lighting it.
-Never leave burning candle unattended. Keep away from flammable materials, children , and pets.
-Our shop is not liable for any damage , injury , or loss caused by the misuse or negligent of our products.
-Proper Wick Trimming and Burning:
Before each lighting of the candle, trim the wick to a length of approximately 3-5 mm to ensure an even burn, prevent smoking , and avoid an excessively large flame. During the first burn, allow the candle to burn long enough for the wax to melt completely across the entire surface from edge to edge ( usually 2-3 hours), which prevents tunneling. The continuous burn time should not exceed 4 hours per session.
-Managing Mushrooming Wicks
Due to a high fragrance load ( up to 10 % oil concentration),a carbon buildup ( mushroom) ,may occasionally form on the wick. If this happens, extinguish the candle, carefully trim/remove the mushroomed tip, and relight the candle to prevent smoking and ensure a clean burn.
-Safe Placement and Environment:
Place the candle exclusively on a stable level ,and heat -resistant surface. The location must be completely free from drafts and kept well away from flammable materials (such as curtains, drapes, books, or decorations).
-Household Safety
While burning and cooling, the candle must be kept out of reach of children and domestic pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Extinguishing the Candle:
It is recommended to use a dedicated candle snuffer or gently dip the wick into the molten wax (straightening it immediately afterwards ) to extinguish the flame without producing smoke. Avoid blowing out candles in a manner that may splatter hot wax.
